Senior Payroll Administrator (Hybrid)Morgan McKinley is looking for experienced Payrollers, to work for a fabpany based in East Sussex. The Senior Payroll Administrator position is a permanent payroll job opportunity working on a hybrid basis.
Salary: up to £33,500
Location: Hybrid working - Lewes, East Sussex
Senior Payroll Admin duties:
1. Ensure staff are paid accurately
2. Input payroll details on to the payroll system
3. Handle any employee salary/pay related queries
4. Check and maintain payroll records
5. Deal with any payroll and pension queries
6. Ensure the monthly payroll reconciliation process is checked andpleted
7. Assist with payroll month end procedures
Skills and experience:
8. Proven experience working in a similar payroll position, ideally in a large organisation
9. Excellent IT skills and ideally have used payroll systems such as SAP payroll or ERP systems
10. Understanding of UK payroll legislation
