About the Role
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking an experienced First Line Manager / Team Leader to manage a small team, providing support and escalation for the customer.
Responsibilities
* Train, develop, and support the team to adapt to changing customer needs, including Brexit and Customs documentation.
* Maintain strong relationships with both customers and team members.
* Achieve contractual KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Manage team development through succession planning, coaching, and training.
* Provide issue resolution and act as the first point of escalation for the team.
Candidate Requirements

* Previous supervisory or management experience.
* Customer service or relationship management experience.
* Experience in administration, preferably Customs administration.
* Proficiency in computer literacy.
* Ability to lead and motivate teams.
