The Role You'll take full ownership of day-to-day management accounting across several legal entities, working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. From monthly reporting to process improvements, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and insight. Key responsibilities: * Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs * Balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset register, accruals & prepayments * Partnering with budget holders on spend tracking and forecasting * Assisting with audit preparation and working with external auditors * Supervising AP/AR staff and supporting their development * Cash flow forecasting and internal reporting * Occasional travel to other sites across the North West About You We’re looking for someone who is: * Confident with core management accounting duties * Proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating across departments * Skilled in Excel and familiar with financial systems * Able to manage multiple priorities across different entities * Experience in commercial, operational or regulated environments is a plus What’s on Offer * £35,000 salary annual bonus (based on performance) * Full study support package * Company pension scheme * EV salary sacrifice scheme * Free on-site parking * Subsidised lunches * Staff discounts * Employee assistance programme * Exposure to senior stakeholders & progression opportunities This is a permanent, full-time (35 hours/week), office-based position in a fast-paced, supportive environment — ideal for someone ready to make an impact.
