Account Director – Public Sector
A fast-growing technology services business is hiring an Account Director to focus on the Public Sector. This role sits within a strategic client team and will be central to driving multi-million growth through strong client partnerships and innovative solutions.

About the role
* Act as the primary contact for the largest public sector clients
* Develop and execute strategies to grow key accounts into multi-million revenue
* Build trusted relationships with senior public sector executives and decision-makers
* Identify opportunities to expand client engagement across AI, data, and technology services
* Collaborate internally to ensure delivery of workforce and digital solutions that meet public service goals
* Maintain strong knowledge of public sector funding models, procurement, and policies
About you
* Proven track record of growing clients >£1m in public sector sales or client management
* Strong understanding of government priorities, challenges, and procurement processes
* Commercially driven, with evidence of achieving targets in a public sector context
* Able to build credibility and trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
* Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for using technology to deliver impact
Package
* Hybrid working, London office (4 days per week)
* Base salary up to £100,000 (flex)
* Double OTE and equity
