About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Change and Transformation Specialist to support critical business transformation programmes across the UK and Globally. This role will be instrumental in delivering HR readiness activities, leading workstreams, and supporting organisational change in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly integrate into the business, and is comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
* Transformation Delivery:
Lead and support HR workstreams within broader business transformation programmes, including reorganisations, integrations, and operating model changes.
- HR Readiness:
Manage and deliver key HR activities such as redundancy planning, TUPE processes, and integration support, ensuring compliance and consistency across regions.
- Project & Programme Management:
Drive project execution across multiple functional areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence (COEs), and functional leads to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across change initiatives.
- Change Leadership:
Lead through change with confidence, supporting impacted teams and ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate across different business units and brands to ensure processes are aligned and scalable.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven experience in HR transformation and change within a global, matrixed organisation.
* Strong understanding of reorgs, TUPE, redundancies, and HR integration processes.
* Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
* Excellent project management and communication skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.
* Experience working with HR Business Partners and COEs across different geographies and functions.
* Prior experience in contract roles with the ability to quickly embed and deliver value.
