Overview
Priory Stockton Hall is looking to recruit a Deputy Ward Manager. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week.
Job responsibilities
* Assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
* Work as Senior Nurse in a Ward or equivalent area, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, their families and visitors.
* Apply relevant policies and statutory requirements within the ward and hospital governance framework and communicate requirements to the wider team.
* Ensure risk is assessed and managed across the immediate and wider environment and that statutory requirements are met.
* Respect and promote diversity and inclusion, modelling these values across the team.

* Clinical supervision experience essential; training desirable
