A leading surgical device company is expanding its UK commercial team and is seeking a
Territory Sales Manager
to cover the North West and Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation and play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
About the role:
As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion and direct sales of a portfolio of surgical products across plastic surgery, general surgery, and gynaecology. You will work closely with consultant-level surgeons and healthcare providers, delivering product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support. This role offers the chance to shape a high-performing territory and make a real impact in a growing business.
Key responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets within your assigned accounts and territory
* Confidently engage with consultant surgeons on surgical innovations and product applications
* Develop and implement sales activity plans to maximise performance
* Represent the company at trade shows, workshops, exhibitions, and educational meetings
* Deliver training, commissioning, and post-sales support to new and existing customers
* Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships
* Monitor market trends, product developments, and competitor activity
* Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts
Your profile:
* Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within surgical or theatre settings
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* High levels of integrity and professionalism in customer-facing situations
* Familiarity with the NHS, hospital systems, and procurement processes
* Experience working with buying groups or procurement teams
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
* Existing network within Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, or Gynaecology is highly desirable
* Full UK driving licence required and residence within the territory
