Project Manager (Cloud & SharePoint) – with knowledge of Cyber security.

**This role is an initial 12 month FTC.

Tasks

1. Owning the project to perform a migration from physical servers to a cloud-based platform (Azure)
2. Joining users from Active Directory based platform to Cloud based (Microsoft Entra)
3. Managing the migration of all current company files to a Cloud based solution (Azure)
4. Own the creation of a companywide SharePoint site - creating policies and permissions.
5. The Project Manager will also ensure Hallmark move to a new Cyber Security, Cyber Essentials + accreditation status.
6. Ownership of the budget and project plans - to ensure the programme is landed and embedded into the organisation as BAU practice.

Experience

7. Experience as a PM with experience of migrating to a Cloud based platform (Full end to end ownership)
8. Essential to have demonstratable experience of MS Azure and MS Entra.
9. Experience of working toward a Cyber Essentials + Accreditation
10. Would ideally have experience of Prince 2 or another relevant structured project management methodologies.
11. Would need to be a technical PM - this role requires someone to be inside the technical detail of the project and well as own it.
12. Experience of landing projects in a multisite environment.
13. Ability and willingness to work out of the Central Services office (Billericay / Essex) 2-3 days per week (2-3 working remotely)
