We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and ambitious Assistant Call Centre Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Call Centre Managers of an extremely busy team, over three offices. We are looking for someone with proficient IT skills, working with Microsoft and other software packages as well as reporting, along with proven experience of the successful delivery of KPIs, excellent communication and a keen eye for detail.
