About The Role
Be the smiling face that delivers amazing AO experiences to our customers.
At AO, our Delivery Drivers team up with a Driver's Mate to deliver appliances safely, efficiently, and with the exceptional customer service we're known for.
What's In It For You
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
Average 42 hours per week, working a 5 on / 3 off shift pattern
Overtime available
Full AO training and uniform provided
Permanent, full‑time contract
Base Location: Unit 1, Middleton Avenue, Strutherhill Industrial Estate, Larkhall, ML9 2UN
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Deliver heavy white‑goods into customers' homes
Drive a 3.5‑tonne AO vehicle from customer to customer
Use a sack barrow and follow AO manual‑handling guidelines
Work safely and follow all AO Health & Safety procedures
Report any accidents, damages, or product issues
Work closely with your AO Driver's Mate to deliver a brilliant service
You'll Need
A Few Things About You
A standard UK photo‑card driving licence held for 12 months or more
To be 21+
No more than 6 points on your licence
No criminal convictions
A passion for driving and giving customers the best AO experience
A positive attitude and a great AO smile
