About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Deputy Chief Pilot to join our Flight Operations team. This role supports the Chief Pilot in the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of all flying operations, while acting as a senior leader and mentor within the pilot group.
The ideal candidate will bring strong operational experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support both strategic and day to day decision making within the department.

Essential Requirements
•\tAW109 Type Rating (current and valid)
•\tExtensive operational experience in commercial rotary operations
•\tStrong understanding of aviation regulations, compliance, and safety management
•\tExcellent leadership, communication, and crew resource management skills
•\tProven ability to support operational planning, pilot oversight, and safety standards

Desirable / Advantageous Qualifications
•\tAW139 Type Rating
•\tMulti Pilot rated and experienced
•\tPrevious experience in a senior flight operations or training role
•\tExperience supporting SMS, compliance monitoring, or quality activities

Key Responsibilities
•\tSupport the Chief Pilot in the management and oversight of all pilot operations
•\tAct as deputy during absence of the Chief Pilot
•\tProvide leadership, guidance, and support to the pilot team
•\tAssist with pilot scheduling, rostering, and operational planning
•\tContribute to the Safety Management System, training oversight, and continuous improvement
•\tUphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational performance
