Duties Will Include
Manage holiday records, calculations and reporting
Record and monitor absences, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
Maintain accurate personnel files across HR systems and databases
Support onboarding: offers, contracts, checks, inductions and probation
Coordinate offboarding, exit interviews and system updates
Produce payroll adjustment reports and liaise with finance
