Description
:
1. owning the end-to-end onboarding process for new cloud customers,
2. coordinating cybersecurity reviews and managing contractual requirements including MSAs and SLAs.
3. primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery
4. manage and resolve customer support issues, escalating where required, and maintaining high service standards.
5. develop and refine onboarding processes, documentation, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency
6. liaise across internal teams, identify process improvements, and contribute to customer retention, satisfaction, and overall cloud business growth.
Requirements:
7. experience in cloud-based products or SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of customer onboarding and support processes.
8. familiar with cybersecurity requirements, data protection considerations, and contractual frameworks such as MSAs and SLAs.
9. background in customer-facing roles, project coordination, or technical support is essential
Preferred Skills/Experience:
10. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills are required,
11. the ability to manage multiple priorities.
12. Experience working across cross-functional teams is important.
13. A technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset are desirable, as is the ability to drive process improvements in a growing, fast-paced environment
