Director of Operations (FMCG/Food Manufacturing)
Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Peterborough + Hybrid Working
We're partnering with a leading FMCG & food manufacturing organisation in their search for a Director of Operations.
This senior position will involve shaping the company's strategic direction across operations, leading transformation initiatives & embedding a culture of efficiency, quality, & innovation.
About the Role
* Lead the organisation's continuous improvement strategy, aligning with overall business goals
* Oversee digital transformation projects including automation, AI integration & real-time performance monitoring
* Establish & monitor KPIs across operational functions to drive measurable results
* Mentor teams, embedding a culture of accountability & problem-solving
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food safety & regulatory requirements
Experience Required
* Proven track record in a senior operations or continuous improvement role in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector
* Experience delivering measurable cost, quality & efficiency improvements
* Confident leadership & stakeholder management at executive level
* Commercial acumen with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
* Experience in Technology Integration & Digital Transformation
