Our client, a well known 4-star branded hotel in East London, is seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Hotel Revenue Manager to join their thriving team. Be currently working as a Hotel Revenue Manager in London
Have a minimum of 18 months' experience in a Hotel Revenue Manager position
Come from a hotel revenue management background
Hold full Right to Work in the UK
THE ROLE
As the Hotel Revenue Manager, you will be accountable for driving the hotel's market share, revenue performance, and profitability across all revenue streams. Working within a dynamic commercial environment, you will lead the property's revenue strategy, pricing, forecasting, distribution, and analysis, while collaborating closely with central commercial teams and on-property stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive hotel market share, revenue, and profit across all streams: rooms, meetings & events, F&B, leisure, spa, and other sectors
Be the champion and owner of total revenue management for the property
Set and manage sales & pricing strategies using strong commercial judgment and business intelligence tools
Build effective working relationships with the company's central commercial departments and all stakeholders
Produce the annual rooms budget and contribute to the full annual hotel budget and commercial targets
Determine distribution and market segmentation strategies with a strong focus on increasing direct bookings
Produce and analyse the daily Demand Calendar to maximise RevPAR, RGI and profit through appropriate pricing and inventory control
Create weekly revenue reports (WRR) with detailed commentary for ownership
Complete weekly rooms revenue forecasts by segment with performance commentary
Chair the weekly revenue meeting and play a key role in monthly commercial reviews
Proactively identify opportunities and threats to revenue performance and act accordingly
Oversee and support the reservations team to maximise enquiry conversion and revenue delivery
Provide group, wedding, and conference displacement analysis to assess business mix impacts
Review account production with sales teams, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities
Lead price negotiations for RFPs, corporate agreements, and new account targeting
Manage local OTA and distribution partner relationships for optimal performance
Monitor competitive activity, global trends, and local market conditions
Complete daily, weekly and monthly distribution system tasks to ensure data accuracy
Produce month-end performance reports covering revenue, booking pace, competitive share, and market segmentation

Technically proficient across PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, channel managers, sales & catering systems, and Microsoft Office
