Commercial Accountant – Goole – £50,000 - £60,000

This renowned business is looking for a driven, dynamic Commercial Accountant to join their finance team and play an active role in business partnering across the business.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the role will include the following duties:
Business Partnering the Sales and Marketing departments and providing support to the sales account management and giving performance analysis
Preparation of budgets and forecasting, along with associated reporting
Reporting on both weekly and monthly sales and contribution reports throughout the business whilst explaining any variances
Evaluating potential new business to ensure appropriate levels of contribution achieved
Managing the volume forecasting process alongside the Sales team to support production planning and supply chain
Working alongside the operational finance analyst on the standard costing process for all new launches and new product developmentThe ideal candidate will:
Be a Fully Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA Accountant or Finalist Studier
Experience of commercial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Fantastic attention to detail, quality and accuracy
