Pay rate of £12.60 to £13.30 Mileage paid at 45p per mile
We are looking for people to deliver domiciliary care as part of a double handed team. You will work with another carer delivering care to people in their own homes in a small local area.
* Maximum allowed Tax Free mileage rate of 45p per mile

* We allocate you with Regular and Consistent calls
* rates range from £12.60 for someone with no experience, £12.90 once Social Care Wales registered (you will achieve this within the first 6 months) and £13.30 once Level 2 qualified.
Job description
As a care worker with Cynefin Care you will provide a valuable service to vulnerable people and their families enabling people to stay at home and enjoy their independence for longer. In a recent Contract Monitoring report comments from our clients and their families included, 'the care staff are like a breath of fresh air' and another commented that they 'didn't know what they would do without them'.
You will work as part of a small team providing care to a small number of people in a local area. You do not need to have formal qualifications but if you have good interpersonal skills, a caring nature, practical skills and common sense then you are already well qualified to succeed in this role. We provide full training before you go out to work and initially you will work with an experienced member of the team to help you find your feet.
