In this role, you will be responsible for managing a primarily non-motor caseload, utilizing your 4-6 years of experience as a lawyer. As a valued member of the non-motor team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the team's overall success.

1. Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives are preferred, although candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered.
2. Proven experience working to targets and achieving results.
3. A diverse range of experience in non-motor work.
4. A positive attitude towards receiving supervision, coupled with the ability to handle routine files independently.
5. A willingness to assist with training and potentially provide lower-level supervision to less experienced team members.
