We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Administrator with Marketing Responsibilities to join our team. This varied role combines business administration, office support, customer quoting, and marketing duties — an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and contributing to both operational and promotional areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Support

* Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business.
* Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
* Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing diaries.
* Support HR and finance processes including, invoices, and purchase orders.
* Prepare and issue quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Marketing & Communications

* Assist in planning, creating, and delivering marketing campaigns.
* Manage company social media accounts, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
* Update and maintain the company website with news, case studies, and services.
* Design and distribute newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
* Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
* Support events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in an administrative role (essential).
* Experience or keen interest in marketing and communications (desirable).
* Experience in preparing quotes or customer proposals (preferred).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with social media management tools and website CMS (preferred but not essential).
* Creative eye for detail in producing marketing materials.
