Business Administration Apprenticeship
Beaconplus Ltd is a management consultancy that provides cost management services across telecommunications, energy, water, and business rates.
A successful applicant will complete a level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, working towards permanent placement with potential progression.
Responsibilities
* Answer phone calls
* Check client bills for accuracy
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain best contracts and prices for clients
* Communicate with clients and suppliers via email and telephone
* Organise documentation and log documents on clients’ database records
* Monitor clients’ costs/bills and calculate savings
* Obtain client meter readings via email/telephone
* Resolve client account issues
* Use spreadsheets and database software to record and analyse client data
* File documents
Training & Assessment
All training will be undertaken on the job with tutor‑led sessions from 1st2 Achieve Training Ltd. The apprenticeship runs Monday to Friday day shifts.
