About the Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead a small, talented team of marketing executives and take ownership of content strategy and campaign delivery. The core focus will be building brand visibility and client engagement across the Midlands region through high-quality, targeted marketing initiatives. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence and supporting commercial growth through strategic content, digital channels, and regional events. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement a regional marketing strategy focused on content, client engagement, and lead generation. * Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, promoting high standards and a collaborative culture. * Shape the brand narrative across digital, print, PR, and events. * Build and execute a content plan including thought leadership, blogs, email campaigns, and social media. * Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and analytics. * Create lifecycle and retention campaigns to support long-term client relationships. * Align marketing strategies with sales and advisory teams for integrated business development. * Manage marketing budgets, track campaign ROI, and report on key metrics. * Plan and deliver regionally focused events and partnerships, especially across the Midlands. * Support internal communications and employer brand activity. Requirements About You * 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a professional services environment (such as accountancy, financial services, or consultancy). * Demonstrated experience in content-led marketing, campaign strategy, and brand development. * Leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop a small team. * Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. * Strong knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools. * Commercially aware, analytically minded, and confident working with stakeholders across the business.
