Responsibilities
* Owning and scaling a warm desk across Primary, Secondary, and SEND
* Building long-term relationships with schools and educators
* Driving business development and growing market presence
* Placing amazing candidates in roles where they thrive
* Running the full 360 recruitment cycle
* Working toward Managing Consultant—with a clear, supported path
