Responsibilities
1. Assisting with tendering and pricing new works
2. Preparing and managing Schedules of Rates
3. Producing accurate and professional client reports
4. Placing orders for materials and subcontract services
5. Liaising with and coordinating subcontractors
6. Assisting with final accounts and project cost control
7. Supporting value engineering and commercial best practice across projects
What We're Looking For
8. Experience in a Quantity Surveying role (assistant or trainee level considered)
9. Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
10. Ability to manage tasks across multiple live projects
11. A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and progress
12. Experience with refurbishment projects is beneficial
