We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth operation of our order fulfilment process. The Order Processor will work closely with various departments, including sales, inventory, and shipping, to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly.
Responsibilities
* Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct.
* Verify product availability and coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels.
* Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
* Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer interactions.
* Collaborate with shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
* Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders promptly.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Experience
* Previous experience in UPVC order processing or a similar administrative role is preferred.
* Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new processes.
