Job Title: Retentions & Cancellations Advisor
Location: Sheffield (Office-Based)
Salary: £28,000 + Bonus Structure
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
About the Role:
Stafforce Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Retentions & Cancellations Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced customer service team based in Sheffield. This is a highly phone-driven role focused on engaging with existing customers, managing cancellation requests, and working proactively to retain business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing inbound and outbound calls relating to customer accounts and cancellation requests
* Contacting customers to understand reasons for cancellation and offering suitable retention solutions
* Handling objections confidently and working to retain customers wherever possible
* Processing cancellations accurately and efficiently when required
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
* Updating internal systems with accurate records of customer interactions
* Working towards individual and team retention targets
* Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a customer service, retention, or call centre role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Confident managing challenging conversations and objections
* Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
