Job Title: Contact Centre Executive
Location: Hybrid - 1 day a week in the Manchester office
Hybrid Working: Occasional days in the office, mostly working from home
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7am-7pm after training
Salary: £22,432 per annum plus quarterly bonus
The Role:
The primary purpose of the Contact Centre Executive is to deliver an exceptional Customer Service experience to all incoming calls. You will be responsible for following up on all enquiries, growing revenue, and securing Back-up Care.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Handling inbound calls (about 90%) to provide information, book tours, and take reservations for Back-Up Care.
* Making outbound calls to prospective parents and suppliers to follow up on bookings or enquiries.
* Educating customers on Bright Horizons’ Back-Up Care policies, procedures, and client-specific processes, including documentation and timelines.
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in customer service, particularly in an inbound contact centre environment.
* Availability to work shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday, following remote training.
* Willingness to attend meetings and training at our central Manchester office.
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace and a good internet connection.
