Salary & Benefits
* c£12,000 - £12,500 per session

Workload & Structure
* 4-6 sessions
* 8 urgent appointments per day
* Remaining workload self-managed from your own patient list
* Protected follow-up slots (GP-controlled)
* No traditional duty doctor model - Triage GP filters and distributes workload
* Virtually no home visits (Paramedics + Frailty team)
* No evenings or weekends
