The Role
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring efficient housekeeping operations up to hotel brand standards, provide excellent guest experience and achieve 100% guest satisfaction.

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will be a key player in delivering efficient housekeeping operations that meet our hotel’s brand standards. You will ensure an excellent guest experience and aim for 100% guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate daily work duties to housekeeping team members.
* Perform regular inspections of guest rooms, service areas, storerooms, and corridors.
* Identify, report, and log any maintenance defects in rooms or assigned areas.
* Manage stock control efficiently, including the care and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
* Assist in monitoring and enforcing housekeeping procedures, including lost & found, key control, security, and emergency protocols.
The Person
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional results. A strong commitment to outstanding guest service is essential, alongside excellent communication and organisational skills. You’ll be flexible, proactive, and ready to handle a variety of guest needs with a positive, can-do attitude. A good command of English, both spoken and written, is required to ensure smooth operations and clear communication with guests and colleagues alike.
