TXM are proud to be supporting a well-established UK manufacturer of high-reliability electro-mechanical and electrical systems in the appointment of a QSHE Engineer at their Normanton site.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a safety-critical manufacturing environment supplying products into rail, aviation, defence, and industrial markets, where quality, safety, and environmental performance are business-critical.
The Role As QSHE Engineer, you will play a key role in driving quality excellence, health & safety compliance, and environmental performance across site operations. You will support and improve integrated QSHE management systems while working closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to embed best practice across the full product lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role with strong scope for influence, continuous improvement, and visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Quality, Product & Process Assurance
* Inspect and test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products
* Develop and maintain inspection plans, test criteria, and sampling strategies aligned to ISO 9001
* Support product and process verification against customer and regulatory requirements
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
1. Support compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
