Due to business growth we are currently seeking a PCB Assembly Technician to join the highly skilled electronics manufacturing team.Duties and Responsibilities will include:Assemble PCBs in line with company standards and specificationsPerform soldering and component placement accuratelyIdentify component shortages and raise stock requisitionsMonitor stock levels and support production schedulingInspect completed assemblies to ensure right-first-time qualityDiagnose and rectify faults as requiredMaintain accurate production and stock recordsKeep the work area clean, safe, and organisedSupport continuous improvement initiativesAdhere to ESD procedures and rulesSkills and experience sought:IPC certification (advantageous)Previous experience in an Electronics Manufacturing environmentKnowledge of PCB assembly processesLean 5sPCB soldering skills (through-hole and/or surface mount)Strong attention to detailAbility to follow technical instructions and drawingsGood manual dexterityBasic understanding of electronic componentsOur client offers excellent benefits including Bonus, Pension, Sick Pay etc. For more information please apply with CV.
