Were working with a family‑owned business, with a strong focus on residential development schemes, alongside selected commercial projects.
The Role
This is a hands‑on technical role, suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving, detail, and producing high‑quality drawing packages. You will be responsible for delivering projects from design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing full drawing packs for residential and commercial schemes
* Leading on building control submissions and technical compliance
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
* Working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team
About You
* Confident user of Revit
* Strong technical knowledge and detail‑focused approach
* Previous experience in residential development projects
* ARB qualified
* Proactive problem‑solver with strong communication skills
