Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Inverness. As a Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the garden centre, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing staff, driving sales, and maintaining high standards for product quality and store presentation. You will be responsible for team management, customer interactions, and achieving sales targets.

* Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction
* Proven skills in team management and sales
* Excellent leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred
* Knowledge of gardening products and trends is a plus
