💰 Salary: £30,900-£34,300 DOE
⏰ Hours: Avg. 40 hrs/week (3 week rota)
😴 Sleep-ins: £65 each (5-8 per month)

Taunton. Easy commute from Exeter, Tiverton, Taunton (approx. 30-35 mins).🚗 Driving licence + own transport required.
What You'll Do
* Create a safe, stable, nurturing home environment
* Support daily routines, education, activities & emotional wellbeing
* Use traumainformed approaches
* Work a 24/7 rota including weekends, bank holidays & sleep‑ins
* Pattern: 8-10 shifts per month; shifts start 10:00am; 5-8 sleep‑ins per month; long weekend off every 3rd week (Fri‑Mon)
You'll Need
* Full UK Manual Licence
* 12 months' residential childcare experience
* Strong written & IT skills
* Calm, reliable, team‑focused
* Bonus: Level 3/4 Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards … fully funded)
