Conveyancing Paralegal – Southam
Our Client is a respected and growing law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to provide essential support to its busy Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop further within a professional and supportive environment.

Job Purpose:

* Provide comprehensive Administrative and Paralegal support to a fast-paced Property Department
* Operate in accordance with firm policies and uphold the professional standards of the practice

Key Responsibilities:
\n
1. Handle client enquiries both over the phone and in person; provide regular updates to clients and estate agents
2. Open and prepare new client files; manage file progression through to post-completion and archiving
3. Carry out dictation tasks as required
4. Obtain and verify documentation for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance
5. Update case progress on LMS and Lender Exchange platforms
6. Submit registrations with the Land Registry and manage requisitions
7. Ensure all work is CQS-compliant and meets regulatory standards
8. Scan and allocate post to both physical and digital files
