Senior Quantity Surveyor Up to £65k Car allowance & Package Worcestershire Regional Main Contractor Due to several new projects won this cash rich regional contractor are growing and they require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee projects up and down the UK The company My client has a turnover of £150 million, they are well known and respected in the industry for their high-quality services and attention to detail. The work this contractor mainly covers is in the Industrial, Commercial, and retail sectors. The company are now at a stage where their entire project workload is negotiated with clients that they have built relationships with. The role Reporting into the MD you will take overall responsibility of the day-to-day running of the site. You will be responsible for all health and safety on site. Managing all quality inspections. Excellent communicator Have ability to drive projects forward effectively. Be ambitious and driven to achieve tight deadlines. Experience working on construction steel frame projects with a value of £5 million upwards. Manage cost, quality, and time of the project with minimal support. Benefits You will have the opportunity to earn up to £65,000 per annum with a pay review occurring on a quarterly basis.
