Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Valeter and inventory to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and presented to the highest standards, maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our brand image. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for vehicle care. Previous experience in janitorial services or customer service is desirable, along with a valid driving licence. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment where organisation and professionalism are essential.
Responsibilities
* Clean vehicles to company standards, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and interior detailing for photograhing
* Ensure all vehicles are presented in pristine condition
* Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and supplies are properly stored
* Assist with vehicle movement around the premises as required
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries professionally and courteously
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during vehicle valeting processes
* To log useable vehicle parts onto our stock system
* To research fast moving popular parts to be dismantled from vehicles entering busy dismantling yard
* Must have a good mechanical knowledge of modern vehicles and have good computer skills
Skills
* Valid driving licence with clean driving record
* Previous experience in mechanical or vehicle cleaning roles is advantageous
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
* Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple vehicles efficiently
* Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing
