Overview
TAG Catering Equipment UK Ltd is a leading provider of commercial kitchen and bar fit-outs for the UK’s premium hospitality sector. We work with respected hotels and restaurants, delivering full turnkey projects that combine innovative design, energy-efficient technologies, and high-quality construction. We are expanding and seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join our office support team.
Experience in hospitality, interior fit-out, or construction is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is enthusiasm, initiative, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project delivery programmes.
* Manage and report on equipment lead times and delivery schedules.
* Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
* Provide quoting support for project enquiries, new business opportunities, and variations.
* Complete tender proposals.
* Assist with documentation, scheduling, and general administrative support for the project team.

We’re looking for someone who has:
* Experience in a similar project coordination role (preferred).
* Good IT aptitude for learning systems such as CRMs and ERP software.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to multitasking.
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings (advantageous).
* Good technical understanding of products and project delivery (preferred).
