Role Description The Head of Sales role at Ayra is a full-time, remote position responsible for building and leading the sales function to drive revenue growth across target markets. Day to day, this role includes developing and executing the go-to-market and sales strategy, setting sales targets, and overseeing the full sales funnel from lead generation through close and expansion. The Head of Sales will manage and mentor the sales team, establish scalable sales processes, and coordinate closely with marketing, customer success, and product to align messaging and feedback loops. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with key restaurant groups and partners, analyzing pipeline and performance data, and presenting regular forecasts and insights to leadership. This role is hands-on, combining strategic planning with direct involvement in high-value deals and key customer conversations.
Qualifications
* Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
* Account Management expertise, including nurturing long-term relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Team Management experience, with the ability to hire, develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing, distributed sales team.
* Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret sales metrics, build forecasts, optimize processes, and make data-informed decisions.
* Experience selling into hospitality, restaurants, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and owners.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
