SALARY: Starting from £41,567 dependant on experience
LOCATION: Brunswick Court, Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE : Full Time Permanent (35 hours per week)

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Delivery Analyst to work autonomously as part of the dedicated team focused on consistently delivering good outcomes for our customers via the identification, management, implementation and tracking of initiatives to optimise processes across Customer Operations.
This role will be at the heart of all change for Customer Operations and exists to deliver three critical initiatives: the Customer Operations Change Forum, Benefits Realisation tracking and the Innovation Station.
What you’ll be doing:
o Facilitate the onboarding of projects by using techniques such as project charters and operational readiness check lists.
o Co-ordinate the Customer Operations Change Forum, this involves undertaking business impact assessments for all changes submitted, facilitating and documenting the outputs of each meeting. Promoting to all initiators of change to submit their change to the forum for review.
o Review the changes that have been submitted by triaging and then meeting with the submitter to help them prepare for the forum. Ensuring that there is sufficient level of information and feasibility undertaken before presenting.
o Keep a log of all changes that impact Customer Operations, ensuring that it is updated to include all details pertaining to the change, and the expected delivery date and what support is required.
o Use standardised Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, including tools, templates, external benchmarking. Champion and coach others in adopting Lean and Agile thinking.
o Oversee the tracking of the end-to-end impacts and benefits of change delivery for the agreed warranty period. Highlight any change that causes detriment to the customer or the business.
o Coordinate activities around the Innovation Station, which is the company idea scheme, working with our community of innovation advocates to quickly triage and make decisions, support and coach the delivery and monitoring of quick win changes which are generated from the idea scheme.
