Overview
We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents in all aspects of their care needs while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
* Ensure highest quality, person-centred care is given to residents in accordance with their Care Plans.
* Help with personal care, meal times, resident activities and outings.
* Communicate effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications
* SVQ2 or previous care sector experience beneficial but not essential.
* Full training provided.
* Effective communicator and team player.
