Role Overview
As Technical Coordinator, you will act as a central figure in organising engineering-related processes and documentation, facilitating collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement. You will manage technical files, control documents, and support product readiness from concept through to delivery, playing a critical part in maintaining their engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support to the Engineering team.
* Coordinate Toolbox Talks, Engineering to Order (ETO) processes, and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
* Manage and maintain:
o Switch plates, rating plates, wiring numbers, and BC numbers.
o Digital artworks for sticker packs, weight/shipping decals.
o Calibration certificates, build records, and test documentation.
* Print and validate engineering schematics to ensure project compliance.
* Work closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, and Procurement teams to align engineering outputs with production timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
* ONC qualified in Engineering or currently pursuing a recognised engineering certification.
* Proven experience in a technical coordination or administrative role, ideally within engineering or manufacturing environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), databases, and document control systems.
* Experience with Illustrator or similar graphics software (desirable).
* Knowledge of decal/label design and print processes is advantageous.
* Understanding of engineering drawings, production terminology, and technical workflows.
