Join Pets at Home as an Executive Assistant and support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Retail and Marketing Director to focus on delivering essential business strategy.
This role is critical to providing smooth, efficient day to day support and collaborating with key stakeholders to plan and prioritise tasks, manage schedules and keep track of important deadlines.
We're looking for a highly organised team player, with the ability to horizon scan on events and opportunities to support efficiency for your Exec members. This may include reading board reports and creating executive summary/briefs, managing logistics to ensure time and cost efficiencies and forecasting opportunity windows to support information sharing effectively.
The role requires hybrid working (two/three office days per week, aligned to the exec) from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.
You'll be responsible for
Diary management for the COO, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings and upon request by the RLT and other LT members.
Arranging meetings and visits, liaising with other EAs and departments across the business and compiling relevant background and preparatory information.
Compiling and distributing agendas, minutes and actions for all meetings led by the COO.
Building and co-ordinating presentations for meetings, liaising with colleagues across the business to ensure accuracy of information being shared.
Liaising with suppliers, colleagues, customers and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Managing expenses for the COO and raising and releasing Purchase Orders.
Planning inductions and making welcome arrangements for new members of the team.
About You
