We are recruiting for a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner (RMN or Social Worker) to join the Fylde and Wyre CAMHS Team based at Whitegate Drive Health Centre, Blackpool.
This role involves working face-to-face with children and young people presenting with a variety of mental health and wellbeing needs. The successful candidate will support assessments, care planning, and crisis intervention, working within an experienced and collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete mental health and risk assessments for young people referred to CAMHS.
Develop and implement care plans, including hospital discharge coordination.
Provide triage and duty support, managing clinical priorities effectively.
Contribute to multidisciplinary discussions and team-based care planning.
Make safeguarding referrals and signpost to appropriate support services.
