We are based at Wynyard Business Park in the North East and have been operating since 1997.
The Role
This is a great opportunity for the right individual to widen their skill set and join a stable, successful and continually growing business at the forefront of the turbocharger sales and distribution within the UK. We are looking for a confident, capable and friendly individual to join our team at Wynyard Business Park, Stockton-on-Tees.
Duties will involve:
* Assisting customers via phone, B2B and email.
* Handle incoming calls and emails related to sales inquiries.
* Managing large, key customer accounts.
* Purchasing / liaising with suppliers.
* Updating database, B2B e-commerce platform.
* Working with management, design and developers to deliver change improvement and assist with projects.
* Producing reports, analysing data.
* Manage and organise sales documentation
* Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Required Skill set
* Friendly, efficient and helpful manner.
* Highly literate and numerate
* Competent in office organisation and file management.
* Keen, highly motivated and with a desire to progress, learn & improve.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
