We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a keen understanding of food safety practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere while serving a variety of beverages to our guests. Duties
* Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
* Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
* Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible serving practices are followed.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a restaurant or bar setting, showcasing strong hospitality skills.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure the wellbeing of our guests.
* Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
* Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
* A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
