Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Devon, GBP 50,000+ (DOE)
The Role
* Provide a high‑quality, effective legal service as a member of our busy Property Department.
* Independently manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership matters.
* Promote and develop the department and firm, both internally and externally.
* Engage with networking opportunities and attend external events as required.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
* Exceptional residential property experience, or have independently managed your own caseload.
* Be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with lawyers and support staff.
* Show ambition, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional service.
