What you’ll be doing You’ll be the senior lead for this growth piece — owning it commercially and technically: Developing key clients and winning new work Building and executing a business plan (and actually delivering it) Recruiting and growing a team beneath you Mentoring / managing surveyors and shaping the culture Staying hands-on with delivery — this isn’t a “pure strategy” role Technical reviews to maintain quality and consistency Varied, real-world building surveying across: Public estates, housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial, defence and insurance.
