Job Title: Claims Handler

Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage a caseload of Public Liability & Property Damage claims.
* Maintain accurate data in the case management system.
* Comply with client service level agreements (SLAs).
* Ensure high-quality service standards and productivity levels.
* Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader
