Main duties of the job
As the Unit Manager - Clinical, your key responsibilities include leading and supporting your team, enhancing residents' quality of life through care planning, managing staffing rotas, and collaborating with the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers to oversee medication management. * Leading a team of nurses, senior carers, and carers to support staff, including demonstrations and instruction of care activities.
* Enhancing and promoting residents' quality of life through effective care planning.
* Managing and participating in staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and support.
* Supporting the Deputy Manager and Clinical Managers in medication systems management, including ordering and distributing prescribed medication.
About you

* An active NMC PIN.
* An NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
* At least two years' experience in a care home environment.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
