1. Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project management.
2. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including application deployment.
3. Proven track record delivering global IT projects and managing distributed teams.
4. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills, including leading Steering Groups.
5. Experience in HR, engineering, or operational environments.
6. Knowledge of IT infrastructure supporting HR platforms.
